Sophie is back by popular demand and has a new workout programme for all of us to do. With new tunes, new workouts plus a free HIIT&Core class thrown in – we love it. We love fitness on Demand!
10 Workouts available throughout March – for you to use, on demand, as many times as you desire!
Mix it up with cardio, strength, stretch based exercises
Suitable for all Fitness levels and abilities
30 mins long sessions to get a solid work out during lockdown
When does Love Fitness on Demand start?
A whole bunch of people have already signed up and it all kicks off on MONDAY 1st MARCH. And the whole thing of over 5 hours of fitness are all yours for £20. Plus you can do them in your own time.
What happens in a Love Fitness on Demand class?
Over February we have
Love Fitness Love February and you can see the style and variety of fitness exercises. We use what we have at home so yoga mats, weights (or cans or water bottles), chairs and mostly our own body weight to get fit. Check out this video to see what exercises we work on to get and keep fit.
