Book a Tap Dance ClassThis 6 week course (run 3-4 times a year) is designed for complete beginners or anyone looking to refresh the basics. Over the programme, you’ll learn fundamental tap steps, rhythms, and combinations all in a friendly, supportive environment. The course is supported by video guides and notes. A Beginners Plus class. Work through all the basic steps and combinations (repetition is key!) and introducing more complex moves, moving into rhythm, time steps and finally an amalgamation or short routine. A slower paced class for those trying to hone their basic tap skills.

A progression class for those working towards intermediate level. Work through intermediate steps and combinations and more complex moves, moving into rhythm, time steps and finally an amalgamation or short routine.

An open level adult tap dance class where you’ll work on a routine over a few weeks. Suitable for all levels and beginner friendly too!
Tuesdays 10.30am
Renton Dance Studio, North Camp, Farnborough
This tap dance class begins with a warm-up and is followed by a few skill sequences to warm up the feet and the brain! You will then build on a piece of choreography, learning a new section to the routine to a show-stopping tune, over a few weeks.

Company Tap dance class is a great way to get involved in local performances. Typically these classes are working towards a performance, however you can come along and just learn the routines without having to perform.

A mixed level class suitable for most tappers, learning new techniques and improving old ones, having fun with time steps and close work, and using all our moves in a fun routine.

This advanced, fast-paced tap class is for those with good tap knowledge and plenty of stamina. The class involves using complex rhythms and unusual combinations to complicate the technical exercises, learning new combos and time steps as they are created, and always working towards a showpiece routine! Good tap knowledge and tap vocab are essential.
