Contemporary with Diana

Fluid, expressive and authentic, Diana’s contemporary class combines storytelling with strong shapes and movement. The class follows a 3 week rolling structure:

Weeks 1 & 2: Learn and build on choreography, developing expression and performance.

Week 3: A full technique focus, covering fundamentals like pirouettes, alignment and transitions, plus optional progressions and tricks to challenge all levels.

Technique is the foundation of dance, helping movement become second nature so you can focus on expression and emotion. Diana ensures every dancer, beginner or advanced, has options to grow and enjoy the process.

Company Contemporary with Emma

Emma blends classical ballet with contemporary dance in this open-level company class. Sometimes the class works towards a performance, but you’re always welcome to join simply to learn and enjoy the routines with no pressure to perform.

Lyrical Tales with Julia

Experience a 2-hour expressive dance journey where contemporary and lyrical dance styles meet storytelling and creativity. Each session is inspired by a central emotional or narrative theme, blending set choreography with collaborative sections shaped by the dancers themselves. With no floor work and a supportive, inclusive atmosphere, this workshop is open to all levels, designed to help you connect, move, and create something truly meaningful together.
